BSA Specialty License Plates for Missouri Residents
Proudly display the official Eagle Scout, Order of the Arrow, or Mic-O-Say license plate on your vehicle while supporting local Scouting.
The Pony Express Council will provide the necessary forms to order your plates.
- Make a special contribution to Pony Express Council, BSA. ($25 for 1-year plate, or $50 for a 2-year plate). Any additional license fees will be paid to the license bureau.
- Pony Express Council will provide you with the Emblem Use Authorization Statement and Missouri Application for Specialty Plates (Form 1716).
Eagle Scout plates can be purchased by an Eagle Scout or a parent of an Eagle Scout. Mic-O-Say and Order of the Arrow plates are for members of the program.
