Health & Medical Form -
The National BSA Headquarters has made some minor but important changes to the BSA Health and Medical Form, Parts A, B, and C. We have been advised of those changes. The new form may not be available for some time. Since many families schedule Scout physicals in conjunction with annual well-checks, and many do so right at the start of the new year, we have developed a modified form that incorporates those changes and the form here will be acceptable for use this year.
Weeks for girls has not been confirmed for 2023.
