Scout Shop Manager

This position will manage the local Scout Shop as well as perform various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates must have excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Job functions include, but not all inclusive:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the local Scout Shop, including sales, purchasing, advertising, stock layout and displays, receptionist duties, general support to volunteers, year-end inventory and monthly cycle counts, process advancements and training records.

Hours: 8:25am -4:25pm Monday-Friday and 8:30am-12:00pm one Saturday per month.

Program/Fundraising Assistant

This position serves as an assistant to various committees and programs as well as fundraising data entry and Eagle Scout processing. Ideal candidates must have attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Job functions include, but not all inclusive:

General support to various committees, volunteers and Scout Shop customers, fundraising data entry, billing and tracking, processing Eagle Scout applications, build the annual council program calendar, and manage the year-round camp reservations.

Hours: 10:05am-5:05pm Monday-Friday
